Sautee 4 T. butter 2 oz. chopped pancetta, 1 finely chopped
onion, celery & carrot
Brown 8 oz. ground beef, ½ lb sausage
Combine all ingredients with pinch cloves, pinch cinnamon, ¼
28 oz. can chopped tomatoes. Simmer 15 min.
Add. 1 c. heavy cream & salt to taste
Simmer on low 2 hours, not a hard boil, stirring
Serve with Cooked Rigatoni or your favorite pasta!
